After two years of Olympic Lifting and Power Lifting this is where Im at, I was 270#, I dropped to 185# and Im currently holding at 200#. I am lifting more weight weighing less these workouts work you just got to push each other, the first three months is the hardest, let it happen forget about time frames and just keep doing it.

everything is in pounds for me;

567 deadlift
400 back squat
315 front squat
300 power clean
285 squat clean (no attempt at 300 yet)
275 clean and jerk
305 bench press
225 overhead squat
225 strict press
270 jerk
195 snatch (still scared of the weight)
70 Turkish Getup
106 KB Swing
115 weighted pull up
195 thruster
